  I am looking for a recommendation. We need an interior house painter to paint our entire condo including the ceiling before we move in. 720sq feet. Would prefer someone local, uses a roller instead of spray, takes the time to prep by taking off the outlets covers, etc, a little OCD :) and can do the work in 3 days. Some areas will need 2 coats.   Painter Needed Do you know any painters? I need a duplex unit painted on the 30th/31st as my current tenants are moving out and new ones are moving in on January 1st. The unit is about 800 sq. feet, all white with popcorn ceiling. Need someone who knows how to do work neatly and do great prep work because the carpet is only a few months old and in great condition.
