  Hi All, I need your help with some creative ideas. I am trying to find a place for a retreat on a REALLY low budget. Last year we did it close to Atlanta and class with staying for the night and food was $73 per person (it was VERY simple). So what I need is a place that can host about 30 people for a night with dinner, breakfast and lunch and classroom close to RDU or about 30-40min drive in October for about the same budget $70-$80 per person- any leads where to start? i am open to crazy ideas :-)
