  Um...we want to put in new carpet and tile in our basement. Took a pic of existing tile, headed to flooring shop and thought we would be good to go. Wow. Learned a lot. Flooring place only cells carpet, tile place only sells the tile - so need an installer. I also thought this tile place could regrout our shower...um no...that would be yet another person who does grout repair. We made the right call not to ever buy a house to renovate. I am just not built with the needed level of patience.
