About us
I will post regular updates about where I will be and hope that you will be able to join me! If you are interested in me attending your event, whether it's a wedding, market, party, festival or otherwise, I'd love to hear from you.
I make all of my pancakes and many of the gourmet toppings from scratch. I also specialise in savoury Americana street food such as grilled cheese sandwiches and Sloppy Joes.
My influences and inspiration come from the mid century, Cornwall and Hawaii.
I am fully insured and qualified in Level 2 Food Safety. I am also 5* rated under the Food Hygiene Rating System.
