  Dale at LA Pest Control. (505) 412-0412. We had a pretty horrific mouse problem and he came and checked all entry points, then his other company, Golden Seal, sealed the holes externally while setting traps internally. Mice problem was taken care of in less than 3 days. His prices are less than your standard house sealant and it comes with a 3-year guarantee with the house (so if you sell your house, the guarantee goes with the house).
