They will take care the rest. Wonderful customer service.

  My ac went out with them - took a month during the summer, without ac, of replacing parts because they were too cheap to just buy a new unit. I wouldn't recommend them - I would, however, recommend my current warranty - home warranty of america http://www.hwahomewarranty.com/ They replaced my ac a month ago in 3 days with no runaround. I know a good ac company that takes service calls from them too if you want that referral
