  So far you guys haven't steered me wrong on your recommendations for pest control and roofers, so here goes: 1. Local movers - whose the best? I need all of my furniture moved, but I am handing the boxes, etc. 2. Cleaning company for move-in - this is more than dusting and mopping and cleaning toilets - I can do this myself. The house was vacant for several months, and we just painted and had tile and carpet installed so there's a film on everything - baseboards, cupboards need washed, etc. - it needs a deep clean. 3. Best local A/C company - I need 3 units cleaned and serviced. I like to give my business to LOCALLY owned and operated companies with good references. (And to the nice person who recommended that I do these things myself because I would feel "accomplished", I would consider your advice if I had lots of extra hours in a day and 8 extra arms - thanks).
