Do y’all have any recommendations for places that may have lower prices or a different selection than what we can find at Home Depot or Lowe’s?

  HD and Lowes are your bottom price tiers already. If you need cheaper, you'll have to go used. However, I already find that the cheap crap at HD and Lowes break too quickly as-is. I gladly now pay for quality. For cabinets and cabinet hardware, I like https://www.lilyanncabinets.com/ They're cheaper than Ikea and better quality.
