Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
Novel Remodeling is a local general contractor that has been serving the community for over 15 years. Originally from Los Angeles, we went into business to help homeowners add value by remodeling.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Nature is our inspiration and our designs come directly what we experience on our job sites. Online is another great source too.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
We provide top quality service to clients that choose to do business with us! Everyone gets a dedicated project manager to help answer questions, get the details, solve problems and help with design and management of our crews.
What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Our most memorable experience on the job site was when we provided a custom landscape design for a client and followed up with them in 2 months. They saved hundreds of dollars and were most satisfied. A smiling and satisfied customer makes all the difference for Novel Remodeling.
