not sure who i would contact to do this. we had some birds nest inside a vent and i need someone to clean it out and replace the outside piece where they were able to get in. the vent from outside goes to the first floor bathroom vent for the fan. attached a pic of the bathroom fan. we will buy the piece for the outside but need someone to install after cleanup so no more birds can come inside. thanks the birds are gone now too. so i don't need animal control.
