  Costco, for starters. Their tire prices are usually less than a lot of other places. And I would talk to Blair Higashi at RPM Services. It is a repair garage at Woodbine and O'Connor. He might have a lead on cheaper tires. They just switched out my winter tires last month...super nice guy. 416-421-6322.
