  Just met a young man outside 'One Stop' called Carl, he is there now begging for change. Spoke to the YMCA, absolutely no help. He sounds suicidal. Although he is young and fit, he is really depressed. Does anybody know who I can contact? I have a young family so I can't put him up, but he needs somewhere to stay.
