  I love Callaway and go every year but most years we get winter weather. I am from Texas so my idea of winter weather is probably different than yours. http://www.callawaygardens.com/events/education-and-culture/callaway-gardens-school-of-needle-arts I've also been to Bluebonnet and it's very nice too. And in driving distance from where I live in the Dallas area.
