Eileen France as Sweets & Savories has operated providing cakes, pastries, breads and catering to corporate and private clients as well as restaurants in the Puget Sound Region since1992; as pastry chef at Wildflour Café at the Old Kingston Hotel 2000-2002 as well as other restaurants in the Kitsap, Philadelphia & NJ areas ; as a pastry chef I have learned and held the belief that I am committed to freshness and flavor- training and skill as well as time honored techniques, plus the refusal to use margarine and preservatives or premade components and mixes will show through in the foods I produce. I have confidence you will taste the difference.
