  Be careful with some of the booking agents as they are not actually in Australia and if you need to contact them good luck! We've rented through East Coast and it went okay but they asked us to book direct next time. Mum booked through a UK website and cancelling was a nightmare! They are all crazy crazy expensive except rent-a-bomb. We had a young bloke come to our place in a rent-a-bomb once though and he couldnt drive home as it started raining and the window wipers didnt work!
