  I get really upset whenever I get hungry in Downtown after 2:30 PM. Why do 60-70% of food options close at 2:30 PM? This isn't the 1990's, there are hungry people in Downtown at all hours now. Anyone have any recommendations of places open after business lunch hours? On a related note, does anyone know why Pho Colonial closed? They were always packed!
