  Considering a family trip to the Niagara Falls for 4 July weekend. Where should I stay for Shabbat? Should I stay in Toronto or Niagara area? (I saw that there is a chabad house in the falls area that offers Shabbat seuda, but I have a baby and need an eruv to get there from the hotel). what food options do I have for shabat? (Any catering that will deliver to hotel?) Second question is kosher places to eat in the falls area for week days. If there is non than please recommend places in Toronto. And last question not food related: is it a bad idea to go on 4 July weekend?

  Agree that falls are great, but staying in Toronto is probably better for Shabbat in terms of food, Eruv, etc. Buffalo also has an Eruv which includes hotels and there's a nice kosher counter in one of the local supermarkets. http://buffalokosher.com/
