  Im not sure when you are needing a cake for but I am located in Herriman, make custom cakes and cupcakes and I am licensed. I make most stuff from scratch (fruit fillings aren't due to state regulations and my business kitchen not being classified as commercial). This includes fondant in which I make and cover all of my cakes in marshmallow fondant. My page is With Sugar On Top - Utah.
