  I did mine at Tiltan college for alternative medicine, you can ask if there's a group in english - here's their website: http://www.tiltancollege.co.il/ Also check Ridman & Broshim campus, those are the main places to learn at :) I also recommand you to verify that an anatomy class is included - it is very important to know for better treatment & safety.
