  Does anyone in Portland know of any good back specialists? Preferably ones that take Blue Cross? My back has been acting up again for the past few months and it's getting to a point where it's regular, and interfering with things. I've seen chiropractors and been to massage therapists but it always comes back. It's my left upper side, behind my lung. Deep breaths cause shooting pains. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

  Working Class Acupuncture in Lents-outer SE....highly recommend, it's community style (recliner, group room) but a sliding scale of $15-35 a session- no insurance accepted. And they have deals often- very great team there too- I love it!
