  Have you tried http://groups.msn.com/LegalCaselaw You might know about it already, because I found this forum on a post in Legal Caselaw. Downtrodden always has some good advice. He recommended a site called loislaw http://www.loislaw.com It's a site where you can have a free trial for a month, I think. You can look up precedents in your state and build a case. If you live in a large city, you can just try to evade them. That's what I did when they pestered me about not sending my daughter to a school where the kids were throwing desks around the room.
