  Larry the plumber. He has a day maintenance job, so it might be tonight before you hear from him. Fixed my water heater and the control board on my furnace. Very reasonable. Lives out in Bonner I think. 816-446-7712. tell him I sent you. Another is Mike Gravatt, plumbing. 913-721-5414. He fixed the water line in the front yard for 1/2 what Reddi wanted. I've got Kellie's brother is now staying at my house. He installed a new toilet for me. He's more of an electrical genius like his dad, but this sounds simple enough.
