  The women who did mine is a friend of the family and she did fantastic! Here is her website. http://www.davinadawnsewing.com/ She works right out of her home and I thought her proce was great for what I needed on my dress( hem, halter adjusted/bustle created) all for cheap compared to what others wanted me to pay.
