  Hi Bianca, Elevations Credit Union is local and great to work with. If you'd like a specific person, give Ian Bennett a call at 303.443.2050. I believe if you've refinanced within a certain amount of months you can avoid appraisal costs and maybe closing costs, but that may be only at the place who did your first refi. I'm not sure. Ian would definitely know.
