  Seek Pro to fix Utility Faucet drip at COLD lever connection Hey neighbors. Can anyone recommend a good, trusted plumber for a minor job? Our utility sink faucet leaks at the COLD lever connection. Looks like the faucet (49-530 Gerber Laundry Faucet Rough Brass Clamp On) is grinding through its old stem & washer. I don't claim ANY plumbing skills, but figure this is a mighty simple fix for a real plumber.

Looks like all you'll need is part numbers 3.1 and 4 along with a monkey wrench and a phillips head screwdriver to take it apart.
