  So we've decided to open a wine bar in Inwood. It would have a thoughtful selection of wine, basic food like cheese and meat plates, soup, a grilled cheese, etc. Sarah and I have looked at a few locations, all on Broadway, that will seat 30-40 people and am close to jumping on one. Thoughts, suggestions, encouragement, dire warnings? A good architect or contractor?
