Forest Holidays are really good, lodges very clean and well kept www.forestholidays.co.uk - we've been to the one near Winchester a couple of times.
Sarah H. replied:
Forest holidays for sure, golden oak lodges have private hot tubs, order takeaway through your TV and get it delivered to your cabin door, lots to do. We went to the one in Sherwood Forest but I've heard Winchester is just as good

Not a good experience at forest holidays myself to be honest but gorgeous little log cabin (only a few if you want peace and quiet) at cretingham country lodges - on edge of a golf course. Been twice and got great last minute discounts x
Hi everyone! Can anyone suggest a good place to go on holiday with an 8 month old? Thanks!
Laura M. replied:
Www.forestholidays.co.uk. They are all over the uk. I usually book the week after new year as it breaks the post-Christmas come down!
Laura M. replied:
Can't beat a hot tub break at a forest holidays log cabin. Time for walking and family...then once baby is in bed, hot tub for mummy and daddy! Self catering and all over the uk although my favourites are keldy and Sherwood Forest. They are like high end expensive cabins of centre parcs without the cost. U don't need all their facilities at such an early age so make the most of cheaper holidays!
