I have been in the Buffalo IT community for decades. I desend on these businesses to get the inside scoop and find out if they are really worth a darn. Across my career ive delt with I-Evolve on many occasions. I even applied for a job there many years ago but they did not offer an adaquit wage to their staff. In my most recent position at TxMQ I was the technology lead and we relied on I-evolves very affordable but not so great suppport. Things were pretty good until the Ukraine war hit. We were inundated with email after email telling us we needed to buy their services to protect our selves with the war in Ukraine as a justification. As a member of leadership at TxMQ i reached out to leaderhsip at I-Evolve that id interviewed with and my friend had worked for. Unfortunately he did not reply in a profesional manner. He became a Crypto Debate bro troll called me "triggered" and went over my head to my CEO to threaten my job and threaten cutting off service. Aftre this incident I reached out to my friend who worked for him and he informed me that the way leadership works at I-Evolve is why he left. Drinking on the job there is a regular occurance and leadership is that of the toxic male variety. My friend said leadership constantly belittles the underpayed overworked staff for not being "Alpha". I for one dont htink companies like I-Evolve derserve any of our communities business.
