  I used these chaps just a week or two ago: https://www.advokatami.bg/poruchki/registracia-na-eood-chrez-advokatami/ Not sure what is the price for foreigners (document translation and probably a couple more documents in the bunch), but they are helpful enough to do the job without ripping you off.
