About us
Hi, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Janelle and so far I am completely self taught. It has been hard learning from scratch the secrets to baking professional cakes, but I've been blessed to be able to see or hear about a design and make it my own creation. I also am a mother of 3 so I often have to put on my super woman pants to pull it off. I love what I do and I get better and better with every order.
About the cakes. I try to make everything completely edible because Im just not a big fan of plastic on cakes. That may mean a bit more work but I do believe it makes for a better cake. I experiment with a lot of recipes so any flavor is possible and made with the freshest of ingredients. I also make and use modeling chocolate for fondant because the taste is more appealing, in which leads to a better cake.
Overall I am so thankful to God for blessing me with doing something I love for so many great people. I work hard to provide a professional, unique, and custom creation that is in other words just awesome and puts the finishing touches on your event. All you have to do is order and see for your self!
