  This place is in Long Beach, but not too far into Long Beach, Sweet Embellishments, they are the best cupcakes locally, they also have a layer of their signature "creams" in the center of the cupcake as well as on top for the perfect cupcake to cream ratio in every bite. If you get 2 dozen it's only $22! (A tad less than $1/cupcake) you can pay a bit more to have custom colors and decoration on them.
