I have advantage'd, and frontline'd (not at the same time with appropriate time between so I don't poison them), flea medicated and then "dawn" baths, sprayed with lavender and then tried mint, Diatomaceous_earth'd, then resorted to a flea collar and still the fleas are having a party of all parties on my dog and cat. We have treated the yard as well, but I do take my dog on daily walks. If anyone has any good luck in treating these SuPeRfleas, working advice would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

  I know this is not the comment you are looking for but what are you feeding her/him? Parasites are attracted to animals with weak immune systems. All of these products not working is her/his body trying to tell you something. I have 5 dogs, we are out daily and rarely have flea issues.
