  Amsterdam recommendations please! I've got a work trip coming up to go visit cheese makers, & am going to have 2 days in Amsterdam to explore before the rest of the work starts. I will of course rent a bike, & I won't miss the Van Gogh museum, but what else should I do? Anyone have any great restaurants, retail shops, markets, or other places to recommend?
