  Just wondering, is there NO emergency vet after 10 in the evening in our area ? One of our neighbours needed a vet and they had to drive to Bellville. They are not young anymore and found it a bit harrowing to say the least. Got home at about 2 this morning. What about a woman alone?   It is called Tygerberg Animal Hospital (TAH) located on the corner of Reitz and Bright Street Somerset West 021 851 5739. Open Monday to Friday from 0800 - 2200 and weekends, Sat 0800 - 1200 and Sundays from 1000 - 1100. After hours, phone the number and they will direct you.

  It is pretty late but my vets' emergency phone is off. I had my female kitten spayed today and the anti inflammatory given has worked out a few hours ago. She is definitely in a lot of pain! I can decipher between pain and discomfort and she clearly has pain. She cannot sit or lay still without pouncing from what looks like sharp intervals of pain. Can anyone please assist with where I can take her or what I can get for her at this hour?
