About Me
I first became involved in photography almost by accident, when I was offered a business opportunity in Ibiza. Little did I know at that time that it would be the beginning of a new passion that would take over my working life !
Ibiza was the start of my first business venture. I continued working for 5 years in numerous European Countries taking photographs in many of Europe’s biggest night clubs .
After five years “living life in the fast lane” I decided it was time to lay down some roots in the UK. For more than 10 years I had been inspired by some of the world’s elite photographers. So, although continuing with the nightclub photography for a number of years, I discovered that I wanted and needed more to challenge my creative talents. That gave me the impetus to expand into commercial and event photography.
It was that expansion which created the need for my own studio. Today I am very fortunate to have my own comfortable, well-equipped studio, not a stone’s throw from my own home, giving me the flexibility to shoot pretty much anything. That said I still love the challenge of an outdoor shoot and am ready, willing and able to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings offered both locally and in the Peak District National Park.
