  Last year we ordered from Al-Mass (Down Marine Drive in Wellawatte) and they were quite good, although even the best of places fail to keep up to their usual standards on festival day, specially due to the large quantity they cater to. Even the Biriyani at https://www.facebook.com/232168853585323 Kandoori is pretty good usually, Inamul Hassan. An https://www.facebook.com/324704155624 other place with a very good biriyani is Ramada Colombo, it's expensive but yum.
