  We go to the Mieterverein when we have problems (http://www.berliner-mieterverein.de/), but I think this might just be for private renter (you are a commercial renter), and you need to be a member, but they could perhaps point you to the correct body/lawyer. Depends I guess if you are looking for a bit of advice, or you want to hire a paying lawyer.
