  Anonymous post no. 6280 Hi community, We are first home builders/buyers and have found a block of land we are hoping to put a deposit on this weekend. We are also in the process of speaking to builders and looking at house designs etc. So far we have found that many things are not included in the standard pricing (e.g. tiles, carpet, driveway). Which builders do you recommend that don't add on an extra $40,000 - $80,000 on top of their listed price to include things you'd expect to be included?
