  Not sure if this is too far but it's in the south/Factoria part of Bellevue: Square Lotus. They have a veg menu which seems mostly vegan to me (they word it funny on their website--saying something like "our vegan menu is 100% vegetarian"! lol! I wish they'd state that the other way around--I'd be more confident! ;)). I've only eaten there once but I loved it. http://squarelotus.com/Vegetarian.aspx
