This 5 acre homestead was built in 1978, and became the home of J B and Louise Spradley They lovingly cared for it, providing a place where family, extended family and friends could gather. It is still used for gatherings by the family to this day. A red barn can be seen across the pond, where ducks return year after year. Take a stroll around the property, sit and enjoy nature in one of the sitting areas. Louise often referred to this place as 'The Farm', and the family picked up the phrase and today you can often here someone say, 'I'm going to The Farm.'
With the large back yard and dining room, 'The Farm' has been used for weddings, family reunions and church gatherings. It is ideal for a vacation home or as a retreat for small groups.
We feel sure you will enjoy your stay at 'The Farm.'
