  The cleaning company does an excellent job. They are going to be the most expensive but they have the best equipment. I had them do my carpets and it is well worth it if you ask me :)

  Their is ONLY one Carpet Cleaner that can heat the water to be 160 degrees at the nozzel, Which carpet needs to have it cleaned, Thats The Cleaning Company, Others over water your carpet which in returns will make it delaminate and ruin your investment.....
