  Kelvin Hair are really good money/talent-wise, but if you're looking for cheap and don't mind student hairdressers you could try Renaissance at the City of Glasgow College in town - http://www.cityofglasgowcollege.ac.uk/about-us/facilities At this time of year the students are at the end of their course, so are pretty experienced as far as these things go. They stripped the colour out of my hair for £20 last year.
