Recommendations for agility equipment - particularly a tunnel? So I'm looking to get one of my dogs into agility and have been browsing through the different types of equipment available for purchase. My partner is going to build things like an a-frame, teeter totter, and weave poles - I'm largely interested in a tunnel. Does anyone have recommendations for an agility tunnel that can withstand a wild and crazy dog? The ones I've seen on Amazon have several reviews stating they tore or didn't hold up well to constant use so I'm a bit wary of dropping $60+ on them.
Thanks!!

https://www.cleanrun.com/ is my go-to place for agility equipment! Also, make sure you work with an agility trainer for the foundations; preferably find a trainer who is actively competing and has a dog with their MACH (master agility champion). Agility can potentially injure your dog if you do it wrong, so it's super important to work with someone imo. :)
Ok poodle friends I need help! Looking for a small foldable soft kennel to use on trips. I have to fly so I'm looking for a foldable one this will only be used for sleeping comforts (she prefers to sleep in her kennel) so any ideas of what is a good buy? All I could find was this red one and it's too small

My dog was diagnosed with mild form of hip dysplasia but the vet recommended for him to continue with agility with an emphasis on stretching post-activity. Can anyone recommend some source of information on the subject? Possibly some good videos or book recommendations?
Kerstin M. replied:
Look on www.cleanrun.com. Or get a canine physio to show you how to do it.
Where is a good place to get agility material primarily books. There are a few in particular that I am interested in but would love to know where is a great place to look in Canada or with reasonable shipping preferably.

Try Mungo Books in Calgary. They do have a FB page. Or cleanrun.com and go in with others to minimize shipping.

Any recommendations on a training shock collar? Must be good to use at the beach and cover a long distance. We have a runner. Thanks.

Hi, Does anyone know where you can get the Rip N Tug lotus balls for sale in the UK, I can only find them in America? Or is there a similar design made by someone else? They are a ball that the dog can open to get to a treat inside Thanks
Liz C. replied:
I did an order with cleanrun.com last week, arrived a Tuesday. Couldn't find any in stock over here. I ordered a few barbells, as you get 2 lotus balls (just cut the rope in the middle!), much better value. Didn't get charged VAT on entry and they have the barbells on offer atm, worked out at roughly £6 for medium and £5 for small inc postage. Large barbell was out of stock.
Can someone give me a list of all the harnesses that exists out there ! I know the easy walk that's about it but would like to recommend others as well. Thank you !

Since many of you guys train in agility, where can I buy non-expensive jumping gear?
Lauralyn J. replied:
Cleanrun.com has some simple PVC jumps that aren't expensive. Yeah, you can make them cheaper, but I hate cutting and fitting and buying all the right stuff and multiple trips to the hardware store, etc... lol. http://www.cleanrun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=1916&ParentCat=335.
I've been doing some classes, and would like to see a Trial I understand their is one going on at Hopkinton FairGrounds (NH) this weekend Can someone fill me in on it?
Martha, This weekend's agility trial is at All Dog's Gym in Manchester, NH. Usually they are held at the fairgrounds, but for some reason, this event is not and will be held indoors at the gym. You can get more info by going to www.alldogsgym.com, or www.cleanrun.com. Sharon C. (and Miles & Dizzy too
UGH does anyone have a dog groomer they recommend in the Fort Worth area? I want Liddy shaved down JUST A LITTLE BIT just so that she doesn't get so hot this summer and I'm very particular about how I want it done but I don't know how to do it myself and I might mess it up :( I've never needed a groomer before, I do everything myself and I've never had a long-haired dog until now.
