  Any age is the right age as long as parents want their daughter's ears pierced or perhaps if you're little girl is old enough to ask!   When: I can't tell you. We waited until each of our daughters wanted it but you know your own kids. Best piece of advice I got: Do it somewhere where they will have 2 people do it at once...many a little girl has called it quits after ear#1. https://www.facebook.com/611190572267484 Minimod Coiffure in Pointe Claire used to do it this way if you reserved in advance- you can call to ask.
