Can anyone recommend a good tailor or suit shop in Brisbane? I am getting married next year and struggling to find a nice suit for a reasonable price. All I've seen are either two cheap and tacky, or too expensive. Nothing in the middle. My price is 500-1000 for a three piece suit. Any suggestions?

Try institchu. Institchu.com.au - they have a showroom off Queen St mall.
Any recommendation for suit/tailor ? For general / wedding ? Hi guys,
Just as the title say, my friend is getting married and I need to get a suit. So need your help here.
Never own a bespoke, custom made before. My budget will be around 1k ~ 1.5k. Do not need to be excessive.
Do you guys have any suggestion? Get off the shelf and alter it or just bespoke it?
Or any tailor to recommend?
Will need it in roughly 6 weeks time.
Many thanks!

Had a great experience at institchu https://www.institchu.com, you can find their showroom on George Street near the ivy. Customised suits start at around $500 and go anywhere to the thousands depending on the fabric. As u/Silverymine commented measurements are made then sent to Shangai, home to some of the worlds best tailors. Mine came within 4 weeks of placing order. Although mine was perfect, only downside of this method is if you need something altered due to measurements being off despite being free, you'll again have to wait for a few weeks.

Bespoke business shirts? My neck is too fat! Hey all
I have the horrible problem of having a neck which is slightly too fat. If a regular department store shirt fits my neck, then the rest is too big. If it fits my body, then I can't wear a tie.
Many years ago I bought a bunch of shirts from William Cheng and Son - a tailor from Hong Kong who came over and hired a conference room in a Sydney hotel, measured and took orders from thousands of people, went back to HK and then shipped everything back to Sydney.
That was many years ago and those shirts have started dying a bit, plus my shape is now a bit different (shhhhhhh!)
So, does anyone know where I can go to find another service like this? Or, does anybody know of good local tailors with decent prices (less than $100 a shirt)?
Thanks!
edit: thanks everyone for all the great suggestions :)
