  Hi gabby could u post as anon. Im.trying to.fix one of my kids eczema and have tryed all.the creams ect.I wana try fix from.inside out like foods that trigger it.but dont know where to start iv tryed cutting things out then think its getting better then its bk all of a.sudden.im so confused I just hate seeing the kid itch feel so.sorry. do I have to go through docters to do allergy tests or are there health shops that can test.worried.mum any suggestions much appreciated

Also Alison from Healthy Eating does Allergy testing. We've used a cream that Cornicopia in Hastings make themselves & that helps when she gets it occasionally now.
