I have three cats...one needs po pill crushed twice a day..and one needs Insulin shot twice a day..Both cats take their meds at the same times of day. 8am or 9am....and then 12 hours later at 8 or 9 pm.   To answer your question, Rover can be a perfectly fine resource for finding a pet sitter. Just be wary, because anyone can sign up for it; they don’t have to be insured or have certifications or experience. There are a lot of “I just really love dogs!” type of people on there.
