Hi - and thank you for stopping by the shop!
My name is Sunny - and I am the designer behind Dylan's Design Shop. My husband, Craig, is the heart behind the scenes and in charge of quality control. The shop was inspired by my son Dylan, who has given me the ability to follow my dream. Jordann is our shop helper. She respond's to most of your messages, and sends out your shipments.
We are located in Bolton, Ontario Canada. We create custom wood signs, perfect for any occasion. These signs are entirely hand made, and hand painted by us. We do not use vinyl or stencils to ensure each piece is authentic and custom for you. If you have an ideas that you'd like to have made, please contact us. We can create just about anything you can think of!

We offer shipping across North America. We offer delivery to select locations in the GTA and if you're local, you're welcome to pick up your piece in person. Feel free to contact us for more details.
All custom requests now require a 20% deposit to place order. You can provide this in cash, etransfer or credit card.
Our typical turn around time is 7-8 weeks, however, we welcome rush requests and can typically accommodate these.
We welcome collaborations and invites to events. Though we can't attend them all, we try our best to stay active in our local community.
If you've purchased an item from Dylan's Design Shop but are not 100% satisfied with your order, please send us a private message and let us know your concern. We welcome your feedback and any advice/ ideas you have.

>> When will my order ship?
Current turn around for CUSTOM orders is 7-8 weeks. However, if you're purchasing an item listing displayed in our shop, it should ship within 2 weeks.
As soon as your order ships we will send you the tracking number and an email informing you that your order is out for delivery.
Orders ship via Canada Post and typically arrive within 3-5 business days (domestic) *however* we can NOT guarantee arrival time.
Note: Shipments only go out on Wednesdays and some Fridays depending on volume of packages
>> Damaged/lost items
We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items. Once your item is taken to the post office it is your responsibility. If you'd like to purchase postal insurance, please notify me BEFORE placing the order.
>> International Shipping
We do not collect any customs or taxes when sending packages. Any fees incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's regulations and out of our control. Should you incur any of these fees, Dylan's Design Shop is in no way responsible.
Returns of international orders will not be accepted.
Please note: all shipping fees include postage, shipping supplies and sometimes handling. Unfortunately, flat rate shipping is our only option with Etsy. If you feel shipping to your destination seems high, please contact us BEFORE placing the order
