On Tuesday he kicked my right knee out of place and my left knee dislocates at the drop of a hat (going for a surgical consult on Tuesday to fix a torn mcl and a host of other things going on in my knee).   No, when his behavior began to escalate we got in to the pediatrician, neurologist, neuropsychologist, and naturopath pretty quickly. I can't imagine what difficulty you must be having :/ ... do you have a moms group in your area, maybe someone could help you? I would definitely look into diet if you haven't already... there are a lot of articles on diet and behavior.
