  I haven't gotten it done, but am thinking about it as well and I plan to go to Center For Sight on 41 near Webber. I know probably 20 to 30 people who have gotten it done there going back almost a decade. All of them love the results, appreciated the professionalism of the staff and building, and none have had complications.
